I've heard about Herbalife a long time ago... Many success story (but failed to maintain).. Lots of people I heard joined herbalife, to slim down.. but stop halfway due to $$$ constraints. Heard that Herbalife is good, but you have to have lots of money to buy your supply....
All sorts of negative statements which has actually drained out my urge to slim down.. How can I slim down with my current weight of 113kg!!!!
I always said Atkins Diet works best for me...but I cant face the fact to start starving like hell for the 2 weeks of induction phase... What can I do? I'm happy with what I am now.. even though I'm overweight.. but I still have my sewing as a hobby and it really make me feel good. Who cares about my appearance anyway?
BUT.. am I really happy? Can I do my hobby happily without any problems....
NO...I AM NOT HAPPY...
Sewing gets slower now, my age is increasing, my children is growing, my housework is getting out of hands.. I can't really cope with anything nowadays.. I get tired easily....My legs is getting painful everytime I wake up or sit up after resting down.. I'm getting out of breath easily when life is too fast...I cant even climb up the stairs... I hate stairs.. I love the escalators & lifts....
I KNOW... I'M GETTING LAZIER... AND LAZIER ... everyday!!!
My mom always tell me..." Zura.. you are getting FAT!!! You must do something about your health dear!"
That makes me think a lil more deeper...

Errr..Not sure what is it... All I know is it can reduce weight..
One fine day, I went for dinner in a restaurant nearby my house "Thien Thien Restaurant"... I met with an old friend of mine from Epal sewing class.. The "kakak" was so shocked to see me for quite some time already... the first words come out to me "Zura...Besarnya kau!" (Zura...why are you so big?"...whoaaahh... I never felt bad all this while when people said I'm big... but now... I feel sad! But suddenly I feel better when she said.. "Hey.. know what.. I really want to help you... look at us... we are HERBALIFE family now.. How about you give it a shot... I offer you free trial.. and we have good offer packages...Please try.. no harm trying.."
Hmmm.... she gave me her namecard... and i took it home with me.... At home... her words just come accross my mind...Why not I give it a try...!
3) Why now?
Well... its about the perfect time to act fast.... No pain No gain... NO I DON'T WANT TO GAIN ANY MORE UNNECESSARY FATS...
I MUST START NOW.... YOU SHOULD START TOO!
